Seamless Vinyl Chip Floor Systems

PermaFloor provides decorative seamless urethane flooring systems that utilize colored vinyl chips broadcast and embedded into a urethane base, then sealed within a clear top coat. Suitable for light to medium traffic applications, these high-gloss protective floor surfacing systems are aesthetically pleasing and durable with excellent chemical and thermal shock protection, along with UV fading resistance.

Typical Thickness: 80 mils, areas requiring greater thickness may add 1/8 to 3/16-inch mortar.

Drytime: Fast curing, typically 3 to 4 hours for polyurethane systems, 24-hours for hybrid epoxy/polyurethane systems.

These systems are fast curing, but if minimal downtime is critical, you may want to consider our MMA Fast Cure Flooring Systems, though these are only available in low gloss finishes.
